General Hardware Manufacturers


Schneider Electric's Critical Power and Cooling Services Business Unit, formerly known as American Power Conversion Corporation, is a manufacturer of uninterruptible power supplies, electronics peripherals and data center products.


AMD develops computer processors and related technologies for commercial and consumer markets. Its main products include microprocessors, motherboard chipsets, embedded processors and graphics processors for servers, workstations and personal computers, and processor technologies for handheld devices, digital television, and game consoles.


Cisco designs and manufactures networking and communications technology and services. Cisco has made inroads into many network equipment markets outside routing, including Ethernet switching, remote access, branch office routers, ATM networking, security, IP telephony, and others.


D-Link’s products are geared towards the networking and communications market. Its business products include switching, security and business wireless, whilst consumer products cover consumer wireless, broadband and the Digital Home (which includes media players, storage and surveillance). It was the first networking company to launch Green Ethernet, using power saving technology on its unmanaged smart switches and later, on its wireless routers.

Hewlett Packard

HP is the largest technology company in the world, and specializes in developing and manufacturing computing, storage, and networking hardware, software and services. Major product lines include personal computing devices, enterprise servers, related storage devices, as well as a diverse range of printers and other imaging products.


Intel is the world's largest semiconductor company and the inventor of the x86 series of microprocessors, the processors found in most personal computers. Intel also makes motherboard chipsets, network cards and ICs, flash memory, graphic chips, embedded processors, and other devices related to communications and computing.


Kyocera manufactures ceramics and printing-related devices, as well as a comprehensive line of imaging products. In January 2000, Kyocera acquired photocopier manufacturer Mita Industrial, and a month later they bought the mobile phone manufacturing operations of the American company QUALCOMM to form Kyocera Wireless Corporation.


Linksys was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2003 and is on the process of being rebranded under the Cisco name. It is a major provider of home and small office network products. Linksys also manufactures broadband and wireless routers, consumer and small business grade ethernet switching, VoIP equipment, wireless internet video camera, AV products, network storage systems, and other products.


LogicKeyboard's comprehensive range of keyboard products provides a functional and stylish design with excellent graphical artwork, featuring logical grouping, clear bright colours and friendly icon coded printed keys. They are especially suitable for Graphics and CAD related work, resulting in achieving results far quicker than using a standard keyboard.


Netgear's range of products are primarily focused in the networking market, with networking products for home and business use, including wired and wireless technology. Main products include Hubs, Routers, DSL/Cable Gateways, Switches, Wireless Access Points, and Storage solutions.


Nvidia specializes in the manufacture of graphics-processor technologies for workstations, desktop computers, and mobile devices. The company has also become a major supplier of integrated circuits (ICs) used for personal computer motherboard chipsets, graphics processing units (GPUs), and video game consoles.


The SMART Board interactive whiteboard is a product of SMART Technologies. It is a large, touch-controlled screen that works with a projector and a computer. The projector puts the computer’s desktop image onto the interactive whiteboard, which acts as both a monitor and an input device. Users can write on the interactive whiteboard in digital ink or use a finger to control computer applications by pointing, clicking and dragging, just as with a desktop mouse. Buttons launch a popup keyboard and a right-mouse-click menu for more input options.


Ultra-X is a hardware and software diagnostic developer and technology pioneer. It offers a wide array of Professional PC diagnostic solutions for Developers, Manufacturers, OEM/ODMs, System Engineers, Service Technicians, Integrators and Computer Professionals.



Software Products & Solutions


Adobe's Acrobat and PDF file format has become both the leading delivery vehicle for finished documents on the desktop and across the Web. Adobe is also the leading provider of both bitmap and vector graphics software with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator having commanding positions in both design studios and print shops.


Autodesk focuses on 2D and 3D design software for use in architecture, engineering and building construction, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. As a company, Autodesk has arguably become best-known due to its flagship computer-aided design software AutoCAD.


AVG is an umbrella term for a range of antivirus and internet security software for the Microsoft Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD computing platforms, developed by AVG Technologies. AVG is focused on providing home and business computer users with the most comprehensive and proactive protection against computer security threats.


The BitDefender range includes antivirus products for home users, businesses, enterprise users and Internet service providers. Home editions support Microsoft Windows, Symbian OS, Windows Mobile and Mac OS X (Beta); business and enterprise editions support Microsoft Windows, Linux and FreeBSD.


Citrix Systems is an American multinational corporation with a focus on software and services specialized in virtualization and remote access software for delivering applications over a network and the Internet.


Exclaimer is a developer of mail utilities software designed exclusively for Microsoft Exchange Server. Exclaimer’s software products enable disclaiming, branding, signature, archiving anti-spam, retention policy enforcement and regulatory compliance.


GFI Software is a developer of content security, network security and messaging computer software. Its products include software for filtering spam and viruses from e-mail, as well as for monitoring and scanning networks for security purposes.


Google Apps is a service from Google for using custom domain names with several Google products. It features several Web applications with similar functionality to traditional office suites, including: Gmail, Google Calendar, Talk, Docs and Sites.


Invu designs and sells Electronic Document Management software for the small and medium-sized enterprise market. Invu software manages scanning, storing, and searching documents, as well as integrating them with other systems such as email.


Microsoft Corporation develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of software products for computing devices. Its best selling products are the Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems, and the Microsoft Office suite of productivity software.
SmarterTools is an information technology (IT) management software company that builds applications to simplify and automate the day-to-day operation of business.  Key products include SmarterMail a Windows-base Mailserver which competes directly with Microsoft Exchange, as well as SmarterTrack an industry-leading customer service management application with website tracking and live chat features built-in.


SmoothWall offers a suite of Internet Security and Web Content Filtering solutions to meet the needs of SME, education and enterprise users. Formed in 2000, the company now protects well over a million networks worldwide. Intrusion Detection is a standard component of all SmoothWall firewall products, enabling organisations to monitor for suspicious activity, such as hacking attempts. SmoothWall provides peace of mind for a fraction of the cost of normal hardware solutions.


Sophos is a developer and vendor of security software and hardware, including anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam and Network Access Control for desktops, servers, email systems and other network gateways.

Trend Micro

Trend Micro is a computer company that develops software and services to protect against computer viruses, malware, spam, and Web-based threats.


Vebra is the UK’s No. 1 provider of Estate Agency software and property portal services. These products and services are used on a daily basis by the UK’s Premier Estate Agents to ensure house sellers get the best possible marketing and exposure for their property whilst enjoying customer service levels of the highest possible standard.


VMware is a developer of virtualization software. VMware's desktop software runs on Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. VMware's enterprise software, VMware ESX Server, runs directly on server hardware without requiring an additional underlying operating system.



Telecoms Products & Services


3CX Phone System is a software-based IP PBX for Windows which replaces traditional PBX hardware phones. It is based on the SIP standard and supports standard SIP software / hardware phones. It allows calls to be made via a VOIP service provider or via the regular PSTN. Easy to install and configure, it includes a web-based configuration interface, voice mail, auto attendant, call hunting and other features. Both commercial and a free edition are available.


Aastra Technologies makes products and systems for accessing communication networks including the Internet. Its products include residential and business telephone terminals, screen telephones, Enterprise Private branch exchanges (PBX), network access terminals and high quality digital video encoders, decoders and gateways.


Asterisk is a software implementation of a telephone private branch exchange. By supporting a mix of traditional and VoIP telephony services, Asterisk allows deployers to build new telephone systems, or gradually migrate existing systems to new technologies. Some sites are using Asterisk servers to replace proprietary PBXes; others to provide additional features (such as voice mail or voice response menus) or to reduce costs by carrying long-distance calls over the Internet.

BT Group

BT Group is the largest communications service provider in the United Kingdom. It is also one of the largest communication companies in the world poviding fixed line telecommunications and broadband Internet access.


Cepstral provides speech technologies and services for the spoken delivery of information. Primarily used to create automated interactive phone systems, or by adding incredibly realistic interactive voice responses to your website, Cepstral can add voice synthess to almost any application.


Entanet International Ltd is a leading communications provider of business class voice and data connectivity services. Its services have extended beyond straightforward broadband to include bespoke connectivity, Internet telephony and traditional telecoms solutions.

Gamma Telecom

Gamma Telecom is now one of the largest 4 network carriers of voice minutes in the UK. They are able to provide the best rates for both mobie and fixed-line calls, as well as IP SIP Trunks and Inbound PSTN Services for 0800,and 01/02 numbers.


Mitel is a high-tech company providing voice-centric IP-based communications solutions for business. The company originally produced traditional PBX systems but after a change in ownership in 2001 now focuses almost entirely on Voice-over-IP (VoIP) products.

Oak Telecom

Oak are SME market leaders in Call Management, Call Recording, CTI and Voicemail, with over 20,000 systems installed in the UK alone.


Telefónica Europe plc is a European telecommunications company providing both fixed and mobile communication products, usually under the styled brand O2. O2 is one of the preferred mobile networks for small businesses, and is currently the only UK mobie network to carry the Apple iPhone.


Sangoma Technologies Corporation is the premium provider of PC-based hardware and software for proprietary and open source based data and telephony transport solutions. The company develops and manufactures voice and data communication products, including the award-winning Advanced Flexible Telecommunications Product Line-comprised of the most scalable and reliable telephony and data cards in the industry.


Snom Technology AG manufactures VoIP (Voice-over-IP) telephones, primarily based on the IETF open standard SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). snom’s products are targeted toward small- and medium-sized businesses, home offices, Internet Service Providers, carriers, and OEM customers.


Voiptools are the premier supplier of custom integration modules for the 3CX phone system.  They also offer a comprehensive subscription package of off-the-shelf extensions, that increases the functionality of 3CX exponentially.  From Panic buttons, to whiteboards, to automatic diallers and Oncall managers, if 3CX doesn't do what you want already, then these guys can make it happen.
